November 1, 2027: Accommodations open at the conference hotels

July 20, 2028: Last day to book at preferred conference rate

February 28, 2028: Deadline for CSB Career Award

March 1, 2028: Deadline for student awards, including YIA and Graduate New Investigator (MSc and PhD)

May 1, 2028: Deadline for Graduate Student travel awards due to CSB secretary

November 1, 2027: Registration opens

June 21, 2028: Early bird registration deadline
